The average team member has stayed with us for over a decade, and many have been here since we opened our doors! Everyone we hire has the opportunity to advance—three-quarters of our store managers and corporate staff began in entry-level positions and worked their way up.

Crews are put together in pairs as a lead and a helper/apprentice.

Learn to Build
We are able to train you to build fences, decks, and patio covers. You bring your willingness to learn, and we will give you the tools and know how to do every job.
