As one of the largest retailers for fencing and decking supplies in the Pacific Northwest, we’re deeply committed to the neighborhoods in Oregon and Washington where our employees and customers live. By partnering with valuable organizations that make a positive difference in our communities, we’re doing our part to support our neighbors. Since 1999, Schoolhouse Supplies has been providing free school supplies to children in the Portland area. Their mission is to give children the supplies they need to be successful and confident in school. Schoolhouse Supplies also supports public school teachers, engages with the community, and prevents unnecessary waste of supplies. With community and volunteer support, the organization has benefited hundreds of thousands of children with over $30 million in free school supplies.
Join us in preparing at least 15,000 local students for the upcoming school year by supplying them with needed school supplies. Both cash and school supplies can be donated throughout the month of August. All donations benefit local area schools, and are distributed by Schoolhouse Supplies, the nonprofit Free Store for Teachers.
